The method of the invention converts the reference space vectors of various sectors to the first sector, sums up the mapping relationship between the action time of the first section and the action time of other sectors and can direct obtain the action time of the basic space vectors of other sectors according to the mapping relationship. The method of the invention can reduce the calculation steps, so the method is both applicable to the reference space vectors under a rectangular coordinate system and a polar coordinate system.
