[0049] This experiment started on June 24, 2005 and ended on April 11, 2006. Sargassum samples were collected from the intertidal zone of Qingdao Second Beach (35.35°N, 119.30°E, 10-35cm below the water surface) on June 24, 2005. The sample cleaning, holding and operation process are the same as the above-mentioned experimental operation. The culture medium adopts general-purpose ES seawater culture medium and adds trace elements (according to the ingredients of BG-11 formula). The culture temperature was 17°C. The leaf regeneration rate was 33%. The light intensity is 35μmol / m 2 per s. The photoperiod is 9:15h (light:dark). Tissue culture management is the same as above. The regeneration process of leaves see figure 2 .
