The terminal disclosed by the embodiment of the inventioncomprises: an establishment unit which is used for establishing the group participate in the teleconference; and a calling unit which is used for calling the terminal numbers of the users contained in the group established by the establishment unit, adding the users who are successfully called to the teleconference until finishing the calling of the terminal numbers of all the users in the group to cause all the users who are successfully called to participate in the teleconference.
