The echo eliminating method comprises the following steps: generating a training sequence which has a baseband sampling rate that is larger than the physical band width and has the physical band width that is larger than the signal band width; eliminating echo signal channel according to the generated training sequence and receiving signal, reconstructing the echo signal according to the echo signal channel elimination result and the erasion auxiliary signal for eliminating the received echo signal; after erasing the eliminated echo signal from the received signal, adding the generated training sequence for obtaining the output signal; and simultaneously using the output signal as the erasion auxiliary signal.
