Abstract

The active ingredient of the biological medicine is Streptomyces rubrogriseus HDZ-9-47 CGMCC No 2878. The biological medicine in the invention prevents and cures the plant parasitic nematode, and the results show that the Streptomyces rubrogriseus HDZ-9-47 CGMCC No 2878 and metabolite thereof have very strong toxic activity for eggs and second instar larva of Meloidogyne incognita and can obviously inhibit hatching of the eggs, and have obvious parasitization for the eggs and egg capsules of the Meloidogyne incognita; when the Streptomyces rubrogriseus HDZ-9-47 CGMCC No 2878 and the metabolite thereof are mixedly used, the effect of insect disinfestation on the Meloidogyne incognita can reach 100%.
