A basal plate is provided with two parallel guiding chutes; a slide carriage is provided with sliding pins embedded into the guiding chutes; a parallel translatory chute; an influence chute and a fixed leg fixed interlocking gear. A connecting bar is provided with a guiding pin embedded in the sliding chute and an interlocking pin embedded in the influence chute.
