The device has an extractor to decompose document content into elements. A signature generator returns signatures of the content. A print generation module is arranged to operate a print generation function on the content to provide prints with signatures, where the function associates a temporality reference and signatures. A time stamp module is repeatedly called with a list of temporality references of prints containing same signature value to provide unified temporality reference for each signature value, where correspondence between each value and the unified reference is stored.
