The device is provided with a bottom plate; the metallic bottom plate is provided with a shimming coaxial tube, and an input port of the shimming coaxial tube is externally connected with acoaxial tube output port of a magnetic control tube of the microwave oven; an outer conductor of the shimming coaxial tube is provided with at least two openings or grooves by which the microwave energy is leaked out and outputted to a microwave oven chamber, and an embedded ring-shaped support ceramic chip is arranged between two adjacent openings or grooves; and a metallic cover plate is arranged above the shimming coaxial tube and provided with through holes matched with the openings or grooves on the outer conductor of the shimming coaxial tube, and the upper surface of the metallic coverplate is provided with microwave ceramic plates.
