Benefits of technology

The technical effect of this patented technology lies within two main benefits - 1) making measurements that reflect how well cleaning agents used by people have been applied over their skin or body for longer periods without causing damage due to excessive exposure time (rainwater), 2) allowing for accurate monitoring of different types of environmental hazards such as water quality issues caused by rain fall sprays during winter storms, 3) providing predictions about potential sources of harmful chemical substances being released into space from various industries' waste treatment processes, 4) analyzing residual pollutants before they reach landfill sites, 5) detecting fires at an accident site through fire detection systems, 6) measuring levels of airborne particulate matter emitted when burning materials like coal, coking oil, wood chips, etc., 7) identifying specific gases associated with these particles, 8) developing ways to prevent them from entering our environment if there were any danger posed.

Problems solved by technology

Technological Problem addressed in this patents relates to improving the accuracy and efficiency of measuring contaminating layers (insulating materials) in industrial environments like power transformers or substations. Current solutions require manually conducted measurements over several days, leading to increased costs associated with maintenance tasks. Additionally, existing devices may provide incorrect results depending upon environmental conditions during testing.

Embodiment Construction

[0033] figure 1 It shows a schematic diagram of the structure of a pollution measurement device of the present invention. In this embodiment, the pollution measurement device is composed of an upper box 1, a simulated insulator umbrella group 2 and a lower box 3. The distance between the three is based on the standard suspension insulator string The distance between the middle insulators is about 150mm, and the diameter of the three refers to the diameter of the standard insulator model, which is about 280mm. There is a connecting bolt 4 at the bottom of the lower box body 3, which is used for installation and fixing, and can be installed on the iron tower of the transmission line.

[0034] The simulated insulator shed 2 has the shed structure of a glass insulator, and the surface is covered with conductance electrodes 7 . The shape of the conductance electrode 7 is as figure 2 As shown, the pair of conductance electrodes on the upper surface is composed of electrode 10 and...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method, a system and a device for measuring and calculating the external insulation pollution degree of an electric transmission and transformation device, wherein a spot pollutant accumulation measuring device automatically measures the electrical conductivity of pollutants by utilizing a conduction electrode on the surface of a simulation shed, data is transmitted into a central server for measuring and calculating the pollution degree and is converted into the equivalent salt density, the accumulation amount of external insulation pollutants before and after each rainfall can be measured immediately, and the accumulation amount on the external insulation surface pollutants at a measuring site is predicted according to the pollutant accumulation velocity so as to early warn the pollution flashover risk of the device.
