Abstract

The invention discloses a remote diagnosis method for vehicle faults and a vehicle-mounted intelligent end device thereof. When vehicles break down in the open, drivers can call the control center through a communication network, and an expert system in the center is connected with a vehicle-mounted vehicle diagnosis unit through the communication network; the vehicle diagnosis unit transmits relevant information, such as fault codes, data flows and the like to the control center; the relevant information is analyzed by the expert system, or analyzed by vehicle maintenance experts of expert seats in the control center to give fault reasons so as to help drivers to repair vehicles. Thus, simple faults can be repaired by drivers on site, and the control center will provide a nearest maintenance factory for serious faults.
