The technical scheme solves the problem that in relevant techniques, the firmware upgrade of digital home devices is conducted by the way of using special hardware and specific programs to upgrade firmware at a fixed maintenance point, and consequently, based on a DM service system, the existing device management service of a mobile network can be used for conducting on-line upgrade of the electrical appliances in a digital home network, thus effectively improving user experience.
