[0012] Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a synchronizing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1 , the synchronization device 1 includes a demultiplexer 10 , a memory 11 , a comparator 12 , and a sampling rate converter (SRC) 13 . The splitter 10 receives a bit data stream S10 from a transmitting end (not shown in FIG. 1 ). The bit stream S10 includes a packetized elementary stream (PES), a transport stream (TS), and a program stream. The program clock reference (PCR) in the transport stream TS is used to establish the system time clock (STC) of the receiving end. The presentation time stamp (PTS) contained in the elementary data packet PES allows the receiving end to identify the playing time of the elementary data packet PES.
