In the invention, diclazuril and sulfachloropyrazine sodium are used as components for anti-coccidium and the invention has double function so as to effectively reduce drug resistance rate of coccidium and increase the sensitivity of coccidium; atropine sulfate can effectively reduce the glandular secretion of intestinal tract, dry contents in intestinal tract and avoid poultry from severe dehydration owning to the diarrhea caused bycoccidium infection and from a series of consequent side effects.
