Embodiment Construction

[0023] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0024] Terminology Explanation

[0025] Speech recognition: Speech recognition technology is a technology that allows machines to convert speech signals into corresponding text or commands through some technologies related to artificial intelligence. The fields involved in speech recognition technology include: signal processing, pattern recognition, probability theory and information theory. , vocalization mechanism and auditory mechanism, artificial intelligence, etc.

[0026] BLEU: The most widely used automatic evaluation method in the field of machine translation evaluation is BLEU (Bilingual Evaluation Understudy), a typical representative of this type of method based on n-ary matching, which was proposed by IBM in 2002. Similar methods also include the NIST method, which was proposed and named by the American Institute of Stan...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for scoring interpretation quality by using a computer, which comprehensively uses computer voice identification, voice pronunciation estimation, text translation quality confirmation technology to obtain the interpretation quality of a testee. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a database aiming at the characteristics of the tested pronunciation crowd; training the database by using a large vocabulary continuous speech acoustic model training platform to obtain an acoustic model; collecting corresponding expert knowledge and translated text linguistic data for each translation question to form a language model, a scoring model and a standard adjustment model required for identification; and finally, integrating the output result of a speech identifier and a linguistic processing mechanism to output the score of the interpretation quality of the testee, and providing feedback suggestion. The effect of machine evaluation already basically reaches the level close to expert evaluation; and meanwhile, the method also can provide some suggestions for testee pronunciation, vocabulary use and sentence pattern use during evaluating to guide the testee to correct.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention provides a method for scoring oral translation quality by using a computer, which belongs to the fields of speech recognition, speech signal processing and computer-aided language learning. Specifically, it refers to the use of a computer to record the oral translation test subjects, and then through computer processing, the scores and feedback on the quality of the oral translation are obtained. Background technique [0002] The informatization of social life and the globalization of economy have made the importance of English increasingly prominent. As one of the most important information carriers, English has become the most widely used language in various fields of human life.
