The invention discloses a method, a system and a device for data transmission, which are used for realizing the technical scheme of transmitting data by adopting semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) resources in a carrier aggregation system. The data transmission method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: a base station determines the SPS resources of a plurality of member carriers reserved for the same user equipment in the carrier aggregation system in advance; and the base station carries out data transmission with the user equipment by adopting a time division multiplexing mode through the SPS resources of the plurality of the member carriers reserved for the same user equipment in the carrier aggregation system in advance.
