Embodiment Construction
[0026] see first figure 1 , is a device for applying oscillatory constant fluid shear force to adherent cells in the present invention. The device is composed of a microliter syringe 3 , a connecting tube 4 , a small fluid chamber 5 , a silicone sealing ring, an oscillating fluid loading device 2 and a single-chip microcomputer 1 . The microliter syringe 3 is connected to the liquid inlet and outlet 12 at one end of the fluid small chamber 5 through the connecting tube 4; the other connecting tube 4 is connected to the liquid inlet and outlet 12 at the other end of the fluid small chamber 5, and inserted into the liquid storage bottle . The microliter syringe 3 is fixed in the mounting groove 6 of the microliter syringe group in the oscillating fluid loading device 2, that is, the whole device is formed. The reciprocating movement of the plunger of the microliter syringe 3 forms an oscillating fluid shear force applied to the adherent cells.
