This invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical containers, specifically to a bactericidal dropper and dispenser with a diversion and purging function. The dropper includes a nozzle, a liquid channel, an airflow channel, and a switch. The outlets of the liquid channel and the airflow channel converge at the nozzle. The switch is located at the outlet of the liquid channel. The switch is configured to open the outlet of the airflow channel when the outlet of the liquid channel is closed, or to close the outlet of the airflow channel when the outlet of the liquid channel is open. During the closing process, the airflow can carry residual droplets from the nozzle into the airflow channel. During the opening process, the airflow in the airflow channel can purge foreign matter from the nozzle, thereby diverting residual droplets at the nozzle, reducing contamination of unused liquid, and preventing residual droplets or foreign matter from adhering to the nozzle and affecting subsequent use.
