Apparatus and method for testing one or more sterilization indicators (e.g., biological indicators or chemical indicators) or other articles by contacting them under controlled sterilization conditions with a flowing antimicrobial gas containing hydrogen peroxide vapor are disclosed. This invention also provides apparatus and method for testing sterilization processes that use a flowing antimicrobial gas containing hydrogen peroxide vapor under controlled sterilization conditions, or for testing materials for such processes under controlled sterilization conditions, or for testing both such processes and such materials under controlled sterilization conditions. There can be an essentially square-wave contact of the sterilization indicators or other articles with the antimicrobial gas (i.e., short rise time to reach full concentration of the antimicrobial gas in contact with the sterilization indicators or other articles and short fall time to remove all of the antimicrobial gas from contact with the sterilization indicators or other articles). A preferred way of generating a substantially constant flow of antimicrobial gas of substantially constant hydrogen peroxide concentration may be used to generate the antimicrobial gas. A preferred way of determining the hydrogen peroxide concentration in the antimicrobial gas may be used.

The invention relates to a bearing unit for a long rotor blade, especially a wind power installation, said bearing unit comprising two annular elements that can be rotated in relation to each other and are directly or indirectly connected to the rotor blade hub and to the rotor blade, and at least two running tracks that can be axially staggered in relation to each other and comprise peripheral rolling bodies with an approximately cylindrical shape, i.e. each comprising a lateral surface that is rotationally symmetrical to a rotational axis in a very precise manner. The aim of the invention is to be able to fully absorb the tipping moment caused by the wind pressure on the rotor blade and on the bearing unit, and optionally to absorb other forces and other moments. To this end, two running tracks are arranged between the two connection elements, are axially staggered in relation to each other, and comprise rolling bodies with an approximately cylindrical shape, said rolling bodies being oriented in such a way that the rotational axes thereof intersect the longitudinal axis of the rotor blade in question at an angle of between 30° and 90°. The invention also rates to a wind power installation provided with one such rotor blade bearing arrangement, and to a method for operating one such wind power installation. The at least one rotor blade in question is continuously rotted about the longitudinal axis thereof during the option of the wind power installation.

The method comprises the following steps: (1) bottom water is added into a pressure zone and a reaction zone of a reactor, and a stabilizing agent is added into water in the reaction zone; (2) an aqueous solution of aluminium salts and an alkaline solution are respectively injected into a feed inlet I and a feed inlet II at the upper part of the reaction zone of the reactor, a sol forming reaction is carried out, during the sol forming reaction process, when aluminium hydroxide sol reaches a certain concentration, a pressure pump pumps water in the pressure zone into a reaction zone through a semi-permeable membrane, the sol is kept in a concentration range, and the reaction is continuously carried out for a period of time; (3) after the reaction ends, a stirring paddle at the bottom of the reactor is started, pH value of the reactor is adjusted, temperature is rapidly raised to an aging temperature, after aging, filtering, washing and drying are carried out, the pseudo-boehmite is obtained. The pseudo-boehmite is prepared by a semi-permeable membrane penetration mode, and the obtained pseudo-boehmite has the advantages of high purity, high crystallization degree, and uniform particle size distribution; and the pseudo-boehmite is suitable for preparing carriers and catalysts of hydrotreatment catalysts for wax oil, heavy oil and other inferior raw materials.
