The method comprises the following steps: (1) bottom water is added into a pressure zone and a reaction zone of a reactor, and a stabilizing agent is added into water in the reaction zone; (2) an aqueous solution of aluminium salts and an alkaline solution are respectively injected into a feed inlet I and a feed inlet II at the upper part of the reaction zone of the reactor, a sol forming reaction is carried out, during the sol forming reaction process, when aluminium hydroxide sol reaches a certain concentration, a pressure pump pumps water in the pressure zone into a reaction zone through a semi-permeable membrane, the sol is kept in a concentration range, and the reaction is continuously carried out for a period of time; (3) after the reaction ends, a stirring paddle at the bottom of the reactor is started, pH value of the reactor is adjusted, temperature is rapidly raised to an aging temperature, after aging, filtering, washing and drying are carried out, the pseudo-boehmite is obtained. By combining a membrane separation technique and the oxidation method so as to treat nitrate in the industrial wastewater, the design is reasonable, the efficiency is relatively high, the cost is relatively low, and the secondary pollution is avoided.

The invention discloses a treatment method for reducing the ammonia nitrogen concentration of wastewater containing ammonium perchlorate. According to the treatment method, two steps are adopted to treat the ammonium perchlorate in the wastewater. In the first step, perchlorate ions are treated by adopting an electrolytic method. In the second step, the ammonia nitrogen concentration of the wastewater is reduced by adopting a blow-off and membrane permeation combined method. Finally, the wastewater is treated to meet standard emission requirements. According to the treatment method, voltage and current are introduced into the wastewater, an oxidation reaction happens to an interface between an anode and a solution, and a reduction reaction happens to an interface between a cathode and the solution, thus removing the perchlorate ions out of the wastewater. The ammonia nitrogen density of the wastewater is reduced by adopting the blow-off and membrane penetration method, wherein firstly, air is adopted to perform blow-off on ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater, then, the wastewater after blow-off is put into a membrane penetration treatment device to further remove the ammonia nitrogen, and finally the wastewater containing the ammonium perchlorate is treated to meet the standard emission requirements. In the treatment method, the perchlorate ions and ammonium ions in the wastewater are removed through the combination of a plurality of methods, and finally the concentration of the perchlorate ions is reduced to be less than 0.1mg/L and the concentration of the ammonia nitrogen is reduced to be less than 5mg/L.
