Embodiment Construction

[0024] The textile fiber identification method based on terahertz time-domain spectroscopy proposed by the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0025] (1) Apply the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) system to obtain the terahertz time-domain waveform of standard textile fibers;

[0026] (2) Extract the absorption spectrum of textile fibers in the terahertz band from the time-domain waveform;

[0027] (3) Apply the feature extraction method to obtain the characteristics of the textile fiber absorption spectrum;

[0028] (4) Adopt pattern recognition method to establish the identification model of textile fiber;

[0029] (5) Obtain the principal component of the THz absorption spectrum of the textile fiber to be identified according to steps (1)-(3), and use the identification model established in step (4) for identification.

[0030] Because there is a large amount of information redundancy in the THz absorption spectrum of substances, principal compo...

Abstract

The invention discloses a terahertz time domain spectroscopy-based textile fiber identification method. The method mainly comprises the following steps of: acquiring the absorption spectrum of a standard textile fiber at a terahertz wave band by using a terahertz time domain spectroscopy measuring device; extracting the principal component of the absorption spectrum of the textile fiber by using a principal component analysis method; establishing a textile fiber classification model by using a mode recognition method; and acquiring the terahertz absorption spectrum of the textile fiber to be identified by the method, extracting the principle component of the terahertz absorption spectrum, performing classification by calling the established model and determining the type of the textile fiber to be identified. The identification method is a spectroscopy-based identification method, does not need a complex pre-processing process and has short test time. The method belongs to the field of nondestructive testing, does not damage a tested sample, has high identification accuracy and is suitable for identifying textile fibers with similar components.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the application field of terahertz technology, and in particular relates to a textile fiber identification method based on terahertz time-domain spectroscopy technology. Background technique [0002] Terahertz (1THz=10 12 Hz) waves generally refer to electromagnetic wave radiation with a frequency ranging from 0.1 THz to 10 THz, which is between microwaves and infrared light. The terahertz wave technology has the following characteristics: (1) The terahertz time-domain spectroscopy technology adopts the optical pulse sampling detection method, which can obtain the transient electric field of the terahertz wave, that is, obtain the amplitude and phase information at the same time. (2) Terahertz radiation has a high transmittance to many substances such as ceramics, plastics, and textile fibers, and can be used for quality control of these materials. (3) Terahertz radiation is a very safe electromagnetic radiation. The photon e...
