The invention discloses a crop disease and insect information diagnosis system and a crop disease and insect information diagnosis method. The crop disease and insect information diagnosis system comprises an acquisition end and a diagnosis service end, wherein the acquisition end is used for acquiring and transmitting the crop disease and insect information to the diagnosis service end and comprises a microprocessor module, an input module, an output module, a transmission module, an image video acquisition module and a global position system (GPS) module; the image video acquisition module is used for acquiring image information of the crop disease and insect; the GPS module is used for acquiring position information of the crop disease and insect; the crop disease and insect information comprises the image information and the position information; the diagnosis service end is used for receiving the crop disease and insect information acquired by the acquisition end to diagnose and transmit the diagnosis result to the acquisition end; and the diagnosis service end is connected with the acquisition end through a wireless communication network. The crop disease and insect information diagnosis system and the crop disease and insect information diagnosis method have the advantages of positioning, acquiring transmitting and diagnosing the crop disease and insect information in real time, reflecting the field condition and the space distribution characteristic of the crop disease and insect intuitively, accurately and efficiently and coping with the crop disease and insect conveniently and rapidly.
