The method comprises the following steps: an S1 core router utilizes the mirror image copying technology to send the received data packet to a by-pass processor; an S2 by-pass processor counts the characteristic parameters of different data flows; an S3 by-pass processor classifies data, obtains forward granularities according to the statistical result and feeds the forward granularities back to the core router; and an S4 core router shunts and forwards data according to the forward granularities fed back by the by-pass processor.
