The center mechanism comprises a ring seat (1), a cylinder barrel (2), a piston rod (3), a gland (5), support bars (12), an upper ring cylinder (13), lower ring cylinders (14), a connecting plate (19) and connecting blocks (20), wherein the cylinder barrel (2) is vertically arranged; the upper end of the cylinder barrel (2) is welded with the lower end of the center hole of the ring seat (1); the piston rod (3) is inserted into the center hole of the ring seat (1) and the center hole of the cylinder barrel (2) from top to bottom; the gland (5) is arranged at the upper end of the ring seat (1); the connecting plate (19) is arranged at the lower end of the cylinder barrel (2); the upper ring cylinder (13) is installed on the connecting plate (19); a piston rod of the upper ring cylinder (13) is hollow and is provided with a linear displacement sensor (15) inside; the connecting blocks (20) are fixedly connected with the connecting plate (19); piston rods of the lower ring cylinders (14) are connected with the connecting blocks (20); and the ring seat (1) and the gland (5) are integral.
