The network reconfiguration system comprises an electrical power system fault diagnosis module, an electric power system recovery control module, a data input and output module, a human-computer interface display module and a network reconfiguration database. The network reconfiguration system is characterized in that the electrical power system fault diagnosis module is used for analyzing a collected telecommanded and telemetered signal and diagnosing a fault; the electric power system recovery control module is used for taking a control strategy for the diagnosed fault; and the data input and output module is used for issuing a control instruction to the electrical power system so that the electrical power system rapidly recovers to supply power. By adopting a shortest path searching method of combining breadth-first and depth-first, rapid recovery for electric power shutdown load is realized through protection action.
