The embodiment of the invention discloses a network flow shunting method, a network node and a network system. The method comprises acquiring the link use ratio information of the network; calculating the shortest path and the second shortest path to a content source; selecting a light path from the shortest path and the second shortest path according to the link use ratio information; and selecting flow and dispersing the selected flow to the light path. The method can select the light path according to the link use ratio information of the network, and disperse the flow through the light path to achieve the dynamic load sharing of the flow, thereby preventing and alleviating network congestion.
