The salt-tolerant latex cement slurry provided by the invention overcomes the shortcoming that ordinary latex is not salt tolerant, so that the salt-tolerant latex cement slurry system can be used for cementing a complex well with a salt bearing rock formation (salt formation, salt and gypsum formations, saltwater formation).
