Abstract

The blended yarn is prepared from the following raw materials by mass percentage through ring spinning: 35-40 percent of flax with second thickness, 25-35 percent of natural multicolour cotton and 25-40 percent of gray cotton. The invention also provides a method for preparing the blended yarn, which comprises the following steps: firstly, pretreating the flax with second thickness; and secondly, proportioning the pretreated flax with second thickness, the natural multicolour cotton and the gray cotton which are then subjected to the ring spinning. The invention adopts the natural multicolour cotton with high proportion (which is about 30%), so that a product can be endowed with bright color without being dyed in subsequent working procedures, thereby reducing environmental pollution, causing the entire production process of the product to be environmentally-friendly and enabling the product to meet ecology and environmental protection requirements.
