The method comprises following steps: calculating the ringing intensity of each pixel in a complete frame image; calculating the ringing effect possibility coefficient of each pixel according to the ringing intensity; determining whether the ringing intensity of the first pixel is greater than the first parameter in the complete frame image, if yes, then determining whether the sum of the ringing effect possibility coefficient of the first pixel to the ninth pixel is greater than the second parameter, and filtering the first pixel by using the first operator. The de-noising method for the ringing effect effectively detects the ringing effect of the pixel and can inhibit the artificial noise, so as to improve the subjective quality of the video.
