Problems solved by technology

[0008] Aiming at the shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention designs a new method and device for allocating component carriers for the base station in order to solve the problem in the prior art that channel differences are not considered when assigning CCs to UEs. The scheme for allocating CCs Not only combined with the load, but also taking into account the differences in channel quality between CCs and the fairness among users. Compared with the traditional distribution method that only focuses on balancing the load between CCs, the utilization efficiency of resources is higher, and the resulting System performance is also better

Embodiment Construction

[0050] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of them. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0051] The present invention mainly proposes a new CC allocation method by jointly considering factors such as the load of each CC, the channel quality of each UE on each CC, and the average rate of the UE, so as to finally achieve the purpose of rationally utilizing CC resources and improving system performance.

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of wireless communication, and provides a method for allocating member carrier waves under a carrier wave aggregation mechanism. The method is implemented by the following steps: a base station sends reference signals to positions of particular resource grains of all the member carrier waves; user terminals measure the power of the reference signal received on each member carrier wave and report the received power of the reference signal of each membrane carrier wave to the base station; and the base station allocates the desired number of the member carrier waves to the user terminals through the combined consideration of the received powers of the reference signals of all the user terminals on the member carrier waves and an average rate of users, and the configuration result is sent to the user terminals through downlink radio resource control (RRC) signaling. The method provided by the invention can make effective use of the resources of the member carrier waves so as to improve system throughput and reduce packet loss ratio, and especially being capable of remarkably promoting cell-edge user performance and ameliorating system fairness.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of communications, in particular to a method and device for allocating component carriers (CCs) under the carrier mechanism of an LTE-A system. Background technique [0002] 3GPP (3 rd Generation Partnership Project) Long Term Evolution (LTE, Long Term Evolution) technology standards are now mature, in order to provide higher quality mobile services, IMT-A (International Mobile Telecommunications-Advanced) as a key evolution technology was adopted by ITU-R ( International Telecommunication Union-Radio communications sector) on the agenda. The performance index of IMT-A has exceeded the upper limit that LTE can provide. The most important performance index is for low-to-medium speed mobile users. 100Mbps. In order to obtain an enhanced peak rate, IMT-A requires the system to support a maximum bandwidth of 100MHz. [0003] As a natural evolution of LTE, LTE-A was submitted to ITU-R by 3GPP and became one of...
