The device comprises a host computer which can output more than two groups of low-frequency electrical pulse signals, a plurality of electrode pins arranged on the acupoints of a human body respectively, a master electrode, an adjustable electrode and a conducting electrode, wherein the output end of the low-frequency electrical pulse signals is provided with a low alternating current asymmetric output loop; the master electrode is arranged in the palm of a patient; the adjustable electrode and the conducting electrode are arranged in the left palm and right palm of an operator respectively; and when the conducting electrode acts on an electrode pin acting on the acupoint of the human body, a low frequency current loop of the host computer, the patient and the operator is formed. When the device is started for treatment, meridians and collaterals of the patient can be dredged by the low frequency current loop only by acting the conducting electrode on the electrode pin which is inserted into the body of the patient through the operator so as to achieve treatment on diseases, and the operator can accurately control the current by holding the adjustable electrode, so that the efficiency and safety of the treatment are ensured.
