Abstract

The invention discloses a road base course utilizing municipal solid waste incineration residue and a manufacturing method thereof. The base course comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of municipal solid waste incineration residue, 5-10 parts of lime, 10-15 parts of coal ash, 10-20 parts of broken stone and 8-15 parts of tap water. When manufacturing is carried out, a small amount of metal in solid waste incineration residue is cleared up by utilizing magnetic separation equipment; the residue is crushed by utilizing a breaker, wherein the particle size is less than 3cm; spraying sanitization and sterilization are carried out on screened residue by using an organic chloride aqueous solution; and the components are proportionally mixed. In the base course, partial broken stone can be substituted by utilizing physical chemistry and engineering properties of the residue; and simultaneously, a novel way is provided for harmless and resource treatment of the residue, thereby reducing waste.
