Abstract

The invention relates to a magnetic ring test method which comprises the following steps of: starting an industrial control computer and setting test parameters of a magnetic ring; placing the magnetic ring and starting a test; electrifying an electromagnetic valve through a control card so that a cylinder moves downwards to drive a fan coil to move downwards and the fan coil drops into the magnetic ring, and controlling a servo motor to rotate by a servo motor driver to further drive the magnetic ring to rotate; acquiring a waveform of the fan coil, generated in the rotating magnetic ring, through an oscilloscope, and transmitting the waveform to the industrial control computer; and generating a test curve through the industrial control computer according the waveform acquired by the oscilloscope and outputting the test curve to a display.
