The time sequence control circuit comprises an electronic switch and two voltage-sharing resistors, wherein the two voltage-sharing resistors are connected in series with each other and are connected to a system power supply and grounded respectively; the time sequence control signal is output between the two voltage-sharing resistors; the first end of the electronic switch is electrically connected with the two voltage-sharing resistors, and the second end of the electronic switch is electrically connected to a control signal end of the computer; and the level of the control signal end and the level of the time sequence control signal are set at the same phase. The invention also relates to a front-end bus power supply with the time sequence control circuit.
