The invention discloses a hydraulic bracket posture detecting method and device based on multi-sensor data fusion, belonging to the method of detecting the posture of the hydraulic bracket on the coal mine underground fully mechanized working face. The detection method of the hydraulic bracket posture comprises the steps of: in the system structure, adopting an insulating coupler for insulating a power supply; real-time collecting the pressure, the displacement and the inclination information of the hydraulic bracket; analyzing and synthesizing the collected information; detecting the posture of the bracket by multiple information sources; adjusting the bracket by a bracket posture detector according to the obtained bracket posture information; simultaneously displaying the posture information locally and giving a audible and visual alarm; and uploading the posture information of the bracket on working face to an underground gateway main control computer through a CAN bus network. According to the hydraulic bracket posture detecting method and device based on multi-sensor data fusion, the data of pressure, displacement and inclination and information from multiple information sources of the bracket are fused, the posture information of the bracket can be accurately obtained, the posture of the bracket is amended according to current posture information, therefore, the real-time on-line detection of the bracket posture is realized so as to ensure the bracket to operate reliably and safely.
