Abstract

The invention provides an optical disc device, even centering errors happen, mechanical accumulating or disc falling off can be prevented, and an optical disc can be discharged. The optical disc device comprises: a driving unit used for lifting a rotary disc, rotatably driving the optical disc at a first height position, during discharge, making the optical disc lift to a second height position; a conveying device keeping the optical disc and sending the optical disc to the second height position on the rotary disc, during discharge guiding the optical disc to an optical disc inserting opening; a clamping mechanism, during rotation driving of the optical disc, pressing the periphery of an optical disc hole to a rotary disc surface; a guiding part keeping the peripheral part of the optical disc when the optical disc lifts to the second height position; and a control part performing recovery processing during error clamping, thereby at the position when the rotary disc descends, keeping the optical disc via the guiding part and the conveying device and removing clamping.
