Abstract

The invention discloses equipment for preparing a stereoscopic non-woven fabric structure. The equipment comprises an adjustable bracket, a stereoscopic mold, a rotating shaft which is used for connecting the stereoscopic mold with the adjustable bracket and a melt spraying device, wherein a spinning nozzle of the melt spraying device is provided with a plurality of spinning holes to melt and spray fibers; and the stereoscopic mold is rotated in front of the spinning nozzle to receive the fibers and form the stereoscopic non-woven fabric structure on the stereoscopic mold. The invention also discloses a method using the equipment.
