Abstract

The invention discloses a sperm optimizing microflow control device which comprises a slide glass provided with a buffer liquid sampling pool, a sample detection pool and a sample collecting pool, and a support substrate for supporting the slide glass, wherein a buffer liquid connection channel is arranged between the buffer liquid sampling pool and the sample detection pool; a sample acting poolis arranged inside the sample detection pool; one or more screening channels are arranged between the sample detection pool and the sample acting pool, and at least one screening channel is arranged at one side on which the sample detection pool and the sample collecting pool are connected; and a sample collecting channel is arranged between the sample detection pool and the sample collecting pool. The invention also discloses a sperm optimizing method. According to the invention, sperms having high motility and high linear motion speed are naturally screened through simulating physiological state of interaction between semen and cervix uteri mucus in the sample acting pool and utilizing the glutinousness of the cervix uteri mucus, thereby avoiding the damage of centrifugation on the sperms. The device disclosed by the invention can be used as a tool for auxiliary reproduction technology.
