The invention discloses a micro-fluidic chip for sorting sperms, which is used for sorting high-quality sperms from seminal fluid by utilizing the taxis characteristic of the sperms. According to the micro-fluidic chip, a substrate with a supporting function is used as a lower layer; the upper layer is made of a flexible material engraved with channels and a collecting structure, and the channels comprise a vertical sample introduction channel and a horizontal branch sample introduction channel which are distributed on the two sides of the main flow channel, a vertical buffer solution inlet channel, a vertical buffer solution outlet channel, and a vertical sample outlet channel and a horizontal branch sample outlet channel which are located on the two sides of the main flow channel. The flexible material on the upper layer and the substrate on the lower layer are tightly attached together. Integrated wafer and method for sperm sorting, egg cultivation and in-vitro fertilization

The invention provides an integrated wafer. The integrated wafer comprises a sperm sorting system, an egg cultivating and sperm-egg binding system and a liquid perfusion system. The sperm sorting system comprises an inlet part, an outlet part, a main flow channel and a branch flow channel. The main flow channel has a width that increases from the inlet portion toward the outlet portion. The branchflow channel is communicated with the main flow channel. The ovum cultivating and sperm-egg binding system is communicated with the branch flow channel and comprises a first through hole part and a second through hole part. The aperture of the first through hole is larger than the average diameter of the eggs in order to contain the eggs to be bound with the sperms. The second through hole part is located below the first through hole part and has an aperture smaller than that of the egg. The sorted sperms are guided into the egg cultivating and sperm-egg binding system through the branch flowchannel so as to be combined with the eggs in the first through hole. The liquid perfusion system is located below the second through hole part and exchanges liquid with the cultivating and binding system through the second through hole part. The process is mild, sperm and eggs can be prevented from being damaged, and the survival rate and the binding rate of the sperms and eggs are greatly increased.
