The formula (I) is shown in the specifications. The invention aims to provide a novel method for synthesizing a cefoperazone sodium compound. The method has the advantages of synthesis of TZA from 7-ACA (Acetic Acid) and 1-methyl-5-sulfydryl tetrazole, mild reaction condition, easiness for operating, one-step use of recyclable dimethyl carbonate serving as an environmentally-friendly solvent, great saving in the cost, high yields of products prepared in each step, good quality, low cost, high product purity and suitability for industrial production.
