The power module is used for providing power for the whole development board; the reset lines for the reset circuit and the downloading module of the single chip microcomputer are electrically connected to the pins of the integrated circuit locking seat via the reset jumper; the programmable logic chip is electrically connected with the integrated circuit locking seat via the jumper combination; said downloading module and said function module for the programmable logic chip and the signal lines of the downloading module of the single chip microcomputer are electrically connected to the programmable logic chip.
