Abstract

The invention provides a resource scheduling method, which relates to the computer application field, and solves the problem of the present virtual machine that the resource is unreasonable to use during the scheduling process. The method comprises the following steps that: resource utilization rate of each calculation node on which a virtual machine runs is detected in a resource pool; the detected resource utilization rate of each calculation node is compared with a preset integrated standard value, and a calculation node with the utilization rate being lower than the integrated standard value is determined as a low utilization rate calculation node; and the virtual machine on the low utilization rate calculation node is integrated and centralized onto partial calculation nodes in the resource pool. The technical scheme is applicable to a scheduling system, and the resource scheduling with high utilization rate can be realized.
