The invention discloses an electromagnetic valve with a back suction structure, which comprises a fixed part, a valve body and an electromagnetic driving part successively connected, wherein the valve body is provided with a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet; the electromagnetic driving part is provided with a coil framework with a through channel, a coil winding around the coil framework, a fixed iron core partially accommodated in the through channel of the coil framework, a movable iron core moving in relative to the fixed iron core, a spring located between the fixed iron core and the movable iron core and an isolating diaphragm system; the isolating diaphragm system comprises a first isolating diaphragm located between the electromagnetic driving part and the valve body and corresponding to the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet and a second isolating diaphragm located between the valve body and the fixed part, the first isolating diaphragm forms a first cavity, and the second isolating diaphragm forms a second cavity communicated with the first cavity. By arranging the double isolating diaphragms, the acting volume of a pump is effectively overcome, and the precision of the electromagnetic valve is increased.
