Abstract

The invention discloses a non-formaldehyde washable flame-proof finishing agent which comprises the following components by weight percentage: 30-50% of ammonium di-hydrogen phosphate, 30-40% of urea and 20-30% of water. The invention further discloses a finishing process of the flame-retarding finishing agent. The process synthesizes new fire retardant, diammonium hydrogen phosphate through phosphoric acid and ammonia water, uses the urea as a bridging agent for cotton fiber and di ammonium phosphate (DAP) which have a chemical reaction and accordingly generate washable flame-proof finishing process under high-temperature processing.
