By using the technical method provided by the invention, problems of low emergence rate, long production time and the like of stock seed seedling planting can be solved; meanwhile, the rapid breeding method of the lemon stocks provided by the invention has the advantages of simplicity, practicability, easiness in operation and short time consumption; and compared with the traditional seedling cultivating method, the rapid breeding method of the lemon stocks provided by the invention has the advantages as follows: the stock seedling cultivating period can be reduced by 30 days, the emergence rate and survival rate of the stocks are greatly increased and the emergence rate can be high up to 85%. The technical method provided by the invention can be also used for producing other citrus stocks.
