Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacture method of a self-thermal-insulating ceramisite external wall panel. The method includes steps of firstly, fragmenting building stones; secondly, fragmenting cast iron slag; thirdly fragmenting straws; fourthly, mixing waterborne stone slurry containing 88-90% of water with the stone powder, the slag powder and the straw powder, and adding the mixture into a slurrying machine for slurrying; fifthly, dehydrating the mixed slurry through a dehydrator, and drying through a dryer at a temperature of 40-50 DEG C; sixthly, pressing the material obtained in the fifth step into raw meal nodules through a press; seventhly, cooling and drying the raw meal nodules; eighthly, placing the raw meal nodules into a ceramic roaster; ninthly, heating the ceramic roaster to a temperature of 900-950 DEG C; tenthly, mixing cement, sands, intensifier, foaming agent, binder and ceramsite under normal temperature according to proportion; and eleventhly, adding mixed water material into a mould, paving a reinforcing screen on surface, and pressing and forming at a pressure of 400-450N to obtain the self-thermal-insulating external wall panel. The self-thermal-insulating ceramisite external wall panel manufactured by the method is attractive in appearance and economical in process.
