The traditional Chinese medicine comprises: a dry extract paste of extracts obtained through carrying out water decoction extraction or ethanol reflux extraction on mixed Rhizoma Alismatis, haw, Gynostemma pentaphylla, Radix Puerariae and Lycium Chinense; and Panax Notoginseng powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking and mixing the Rhizoma Alismatis, the haw, the Gynostemma pentaphylla, the Radix Puerariae and the Lycium Chinense, extracting through decocting with water or refluxing with ethanol to obtain an extract solution, and concentrating the extract solution to obtain the dry extract paste; selecting Panax Notoginseng, drying, carrying out radiant quantity disinfection, and crushing to 80 mesh fine powder; and adding the water or ethanol extraction dry extract paste and the Panax Notoginseng powder to a mixer together, and mixing to obtain the traditional Chinese medicinal powder for reducing the blood fat of the invention.
