The invention discloses a battery equalizing device and a stack equalizing device. According to one embodiment of the invention, the battery equalizing device comprises a battery pack, an inductor, a first rectifying switch, a second rectifying switch, a third rectifying switch, a fourth rectifying switch and (N+1) controlled switches, wherein the battery pack is provided with an anode and a cathode and comprises N battery units which are connected in series, each battery unit is provided with an anode and a cathode, and N is an integer of greater than 1; the inductor is provided with a first end and a second end; the first rectifying switch is coupled between the anode of the battery pack and the first end of the inductor; the second rectifying switch is coupled between the cathode of the battery pack and the first end of the inductor; the third rectifying switch is coupled between the anode of the battery pack and the second end of the inductor; the fourth rectifying switch is coupled between the cathode of the battery pack and the second end of the inductor; and the anode and cathode of each battery unit are respectively coupled to two ends of the inductor through the controlled switches.
