[0006] 2. Due to the high content of medium and strong inorganic acids and heavy sour taste, it is highly corrosive to cement gaps in sanitary facilities, marble surfaces and sewer pipes, and is also quite irritating to the skin. Some detergent products also contain The ingredients that are toxic and harmful to the human body are used, and there is potential harm and danger to the body of cleaning operators and users of hygiene products
For example, CN102041201A in the prior art discloses a multifunctional descaling agent in which hydrofluoric acid with strong corrosiveness and volatility is used, which is inconvenient to use and has poor safety, is highly corrosive to substrates and pipelines, and is harmful to the human body. There is also a strong stimulus
CN101768528A discloses a descaling agent, which uses highly corrosive inorganic hydrochloric acid as the main cle

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of aerospace, in particular to a matched cleaning agent for vacuum drainage pipelines of airplane toilets. The cleaning agent comprises a cleaning agent I and a cleaning agent II which are matched and synergistic for graded cleaning. The cleaning agent I which is an acidic thixotropic cleaning agent and good in wall cling performance is used for cleaning firstly, is capable of effectively removing scale on inclined planes or vertical planes of a pipeline system and can be used for pipe leakage detection; and then the cleaning agent II which is low in viscosity, good in liquidity and high in scaling capability is used for cleaning. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the matched cleaning agent and a cleaning process using the matched cleaning agent. The matched cleaning agent is capable of effectively removing iron rust, water scale, urine scale and other dirt of the vacuum and circulating toilets and plays a protecting role in metal pipelines without corroding the pipelines.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of aerospace, in particular to a safe, efficient and environment-friendly matching cleaning agent for vacuum sewage pipelines in aircraft toilets, a preparation method and a cleaning process thereof. Background technique [0002] It is generally believed that the formation of dirt on the inner wall of the aircraft toilet pipeline is related to factors such as the hardness of the water used, the length of the flight distance of the flight, and the choice of cabin configuration. Generally speaking, the longer the flight and the higher the hardness of the water used by the aircraft, the easier it is to generate dirt on the inner wall of the sewage pipe, and the more difficult it is to remove the dirt. The dirt in the sewage pipeline will have adverse effects and consequences. The thicker the dirt, the more it will affect the flow of sewage in the pipeline; as the accumulation of dirt thickens, the inner diameter of the s...
