Abstract

When the color matching is carried out on the spun-dyed yarn by using a computer, formulas are too much, formula deviation is poor, one-time color matching accuracy is low; and manual experience correction is needed. The formula screening and correction method comprises the following steps of (1) calculating an initial formula by adopting an all-spectrum color matching algorithm according to target color spectroscopic data; (2) conducting formula screening by using a constructed spun-dyed yarn formula estimation module; (3) drawing a design for the screened optimal formula, calculating aberration between a simulated sample and a target color, on yes judgment, outputting the formula, and on no judgment, entering formula correction; and (4) correcting on the basis of the original formula by adopting a constructed spun-dyed yarn formula correction module, simulating a sample after obtaining a corrected formula until the formula meets requirements. The formula screening and correction method solves the problem that the formulas are too much and difficult to screen and the experience correction is needed and the like when the color matching is carried out on the spun-dyed yarn by using the computer, and greatly improves color matching efficiency.
