binary image of the maximum brightness value image, iteratively calculating the threshold values of the segmented color spot 
lesion area and the 
skin area of the face image through an ISODATA clustering 
algorithm to obtain the edge contour of the face color spot and detect the color spot; quantitative measurement of 
acne and color spots: using the ROI to select acne in a framing manner, calculatingthe number of acnes, measuring color indexes of a color spot area and color indexes of color spots, and divides the color indexes into a serious degree, a common degree and a slight degree through the color spot area and the 
color depth; face health degree assessment: calculating the face acne 
score according to the acne number and the distribution condition, calculating the face color spot scoreaccording to the color spot number, the degree and the distribution condition, and comprehensively obtaining the face health degree 
score. According to the method, the health degree of the human faceis comprehensively judged through the two indexes of acne and color spots, the 
skin defects of the human face are rapidly and accurately detected, and quantitative indexes are provided.
